Shipping Policy
Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $75 and over!

Shipping for orders under $75 is $8.00 USD (Standard Shipping). Expedited Shipping is also available for $13.00 USD.
Receive your items fast! Curbside hand delivery is also available locally. Areas we deliver to are all of Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
All standard shipping orders are shipped via a local carrier in the U.S.

Orders are processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days due to high order volume.
Any orders with Free & USPS Shipping may experience some delays. If you need it by a certain date, please select the expedited shipping options at the checkout.

These processing times apply to in-stock items only. They do not apply to Pre-Order items.

Please note ZagsClothing.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is marked as Delivered, we will do our best to help you locate your package, but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.

Return & Exchange Policy
At ZagsClothing.com, we pride ourselves on extraordinary customer service and satisfaction.
If you’re not totally obsessed with your item(s) you may send it back to us for a full refund within 30 days of delivery (as long as it has its original tags and the item is unworn. Shipping costs are not refunded. There will be no exceptions made.
By placing an order at ZagClothing.com, you agree that when you receive your item and is not to your satisfaction, you will send it back at your own expense. We can provide return labels for $8.00 USD.
We cannot exchange items. If another size is desired please return the original item and place a new order for desired size.
